It began in a quiet village on Earth, where pigs
were content to roll in the mud, munch on slop,
and occasionally wear little birthday hats for
children’s amusement... except for one.

Her name was Nova.

— she crash-landed there. No one knows from
where. All she could remember was a gentle
hum, stardust in her snout, and a vision of a
